I wrote this spoken word piece earlier this year, and with the help of Christian Clark (@Chriss_swavey) a visionary and a very talented videographer as well of the time of a collection of people who volunteered to help me, I was able craft a piece that gives you the transportation to thoroughly experience my journey.
Learning to love myself and love my hair was the struggle I highlighted in this emotional and transparent piece of identity.
